1. Is it possible to direct a participant to a certain question, depending on their answer?

Yes, it is possible to control what questions a participant is asked. By using the “Skip Logic” function you can decide what question a participant will see next, depending on their answer to the current question. Skip Logic is enabled through our Game Plugin integration “Personality Features”. Here is a link to an article with further information: here.

2. Do you have recommendations for images and other graphics that are used in a Personality Test?

We have a design guide for all the graphical assets related to a Personality Test right here. Reach out to our support team if you have any questions or doubts.

3. How can I display a participant's personality on the results page?

You can show the participant’s personality via Metric Data Replacement Tags. Replacement Tags are dynamic and will change depending on the outcome. Cool, right?

Read more about Replacement tags right here (hint: scroll to Metric Data Replacement Tags)

4. We have different personalities, and I want to show the percentage distribution of personality matches on the winner page. Can I do that?

Yes you can! This is possible through Content Repeater, where you can show “Personality match percentage”. Reach out to our support team if you need help setting it up!

5. I would like to add different winner pages for each personality type. How do I set this up?

You can differentiate the winner pages by setting up visibility conditions based on metric data for each flowpage. Start off by adding and renaming the amount of flowpages needed. Afterwards, you can then connect the page with a certain personality through metric data. We have an article including a guide for the conditions right here.
